I really enjoyed chatting to Josh Curnow and Laura Mac from The Big Cornish Breakfast. They are amazingly supportive of my work - in particular, this statement from Josh stood out to me and was quite humbling.
“I love the fact that you’ve gone for a concept of, it’s that things we see every day but don’t necessarily ever stand out. Then someone like yourself goes and highlights them in such an amazingly, talented and beautiful way and suddenly you’re like, oh I know exactly where that is. And then suddenly that place becomes a feature in itself.” 🥹🥹
I love it, and that’s just the vibe I’m after! Just like my painting ‘Insert Coin to Begin’ in the top 50 of the The SAA (Supporting All Artists) Artists of the Year 2025.
